Do you take insurance?

We are private pay; however, there are times when services are eligible for insurance reimbursement. You would need to check with your provider.

How do I set up an initial appointment?

Our primary concern is providing the best therapeutic experience possible. For highly motivated individuals or couples, during the free phone consultation we attempt to determine if we would be a good fit to work together and then offer an appointment time.

What age ranges and populations do you work with?

We work with Children, Adolescents, and Adults. We work with individuals (male and female), couples, and families (traditional and blended).

Will I be forced to talk about something that is uncomfortable or embarrassing?

You will never be forced to talk about anything. Hopefully, over time as trust builds you will feel safe enough to share more. Sometimes, leaning into our discomfort is the beginning of working through it.

Will I be judged?

No! This is therapy, not court; we are therapists, not gods.

Do you provide tissues?

Yes, sometimes it has lotion on it. In the winter months, we may have tissues infused with Vick’s Vapo-rub. For men who don’t cry, we provide sandpaper.
