About Ali Rogers

Live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

As someone who has been on the receiving end of therapy, I have an immense amount of respect and compassion for anyone seeking help. My experience in therapy from early childhood to present is what motivates me to be a helpful resource for the individuals I serve. Navigating the therapeutic process can feel overwhelming and down-right scary, at times. It takes courage and bravery to take the first step towards changing your life. I hope to be a gentle, guiding force for you in a time of need.

My passion lies in working with children and adults individually through various social and mental health challenges. Regardless of your age, our experience during early childhood development can oftentimes impact us later into adulthood. By expanding our awareness and challenging belief systems that no longer serve us, we can find freedom in being who we are.

Through intentional skills training, I strive to help my clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. Therapy is a collaborative effort to help you identify and deal with the barriers in your life.

Together, I hope we can create a therapeutic environment that feels personal to you.
