About Julie Meadows

You may hear me say “have a groovy day.”

I find that just this simple phrase can make others smile. Let me start by saying thank you for stopping by and reading my profile. If you have gotten to this point then there must be a reason that you are seeking guidance. Maybe you had a clear picture of how your career would look, your relationships would be, or maybe something in your past is hindering your future from flourishing.

My life’s journey has included marriage, children, loss, grief, disability, divorce, empty nesting, and we all experienced Covid. Despite all the challenges that Covid presented, I recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Whether you are starting a new journey, accomplishing a new goal, or celebrating a success, I will appreciate your story. When we share our story, we empower ourselves to achieve things we never thought possible. Working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or post-traumatic stress disorder are just a few of the reasons that I decided to become a clinical mental health counselor. I am also passionate about working with individuals who are dealing with loss or who feel their heart cannot heal.

Together, through collaborative conversations, we will work to restore hope and happiness to your life. There are times in life when we all face difficult decisions but coming to counseling does not have to be one of them.

Thank you for reading about me, and of course, have a groovy day!
